Early in 1998,French Laiyitianjiao Furniture Group entered into China for market expansion.it authorized Laiyitianjiao(China)Furniture Company as its OEM partner and in the same year,the Company built a 38000m2 plant in Shunde of Guangdong Province,mainly producing soft furniture series,such as mattress and bed for bedrooms.Guided by French technology in production,its products,skill fully done and of top quality,is highly appreciated by numerous customers and selling well to Japan,U.S.A.,Australia and Middle East with a year-by-year 100% growth.In recent years,the Company pushes a sole agency system in regional distribution and by now it has opened more than 100 specialists in domestic market,12 of which covers more than 1000m2 with independent showrooms.All these shops are decorated in the same style,which fully represents a nobler image of Laiyitianjiao as an internationalbrand.In 1999,the Company reorganized its management systemlin 2000,it implemented ISO9000 international quality standard in production,and has successively achieved ISO9002 and ISO9001 quality certificates;in 2001,the Company advocated 'Just in time' pattern in production,aiming at speeding up response of supply chain,lessening inventories and reducing factory cost;in 2002,for better play of corporate strategy resources and ensuring a continuous development,the Company integrated marketing strategy,product portfolio and distribution channelsl;in 2003,the Company pushed ERP management system in a wide range,with the purpose of building an E-commerce platform for further development;in the future,Laiyitianjiao will insist on its spirit of innovation and strive to be the best in the industry.
